Every step in processing your mail is meticulously handled. From cleaning up your file to the clear, clean, addressing of your mailer. Every match mailing up to 50,000 pieces is done by hand to ensure total accuracy. And doing this process the old fashioned way will not hold up your mail date. Every file is de-duped by computer programs and then actually looked at by hand to ensure the measure of accuracy demanded by our clients. KSS is a women-owned, small business that depends on customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business. We are able to respond both to changing schedules and short turnaround requirements. In one documented situation, KSS juggled printing schedules to provide the customer with a professional product rather than permitting the mailing of a letter containing a typographical error. In that case, even though KSS was not at fault for the error, we made the correction, and had the client’s letterhead and letter reprinted, all completed within the time and cost the customer had approved, much to the client’s satisfaction.
