Every step in processing your mail is meticulously handled. From cleaning up your file to the clear, clean, addressing of your mailer. We really strive to provide excellence of service to each and every customer.

DATA PROCESSING

Just send us your file and we will work our magic. You can send it via email, or on disk, CD-ROM, etc. We can convert and reformat any type of file. We can use your file as is or clean it to the bone. We can merge multiple lists. We can de-dupe your file and delete any undeliverable records. If you need us to upper/lower case, genderize, salutate and punctuate — no problem.

Need someone to maintain your database? We can update your database daily, weekly or monthly whichever you prefer. We can add, change, delete records and provide you with reports at your request.

If you don’t have a data file we can supply you with one. Just give us the criteria and we will get you a count. KSS uses only top quality consumer and business data. All our databases are CASS certified and sent through National Change of Address updates 12 times a year. Our data entry department is ready when you are, focused on quick turnaround with a high level accuracy.

With postal rates higher than ever you might want to take advantage of our postal discount processing software. We can address standardize, append zip +4+2, add carrier routes and barcode information to your file. We can presort your file for non-profit, standard, first class automation and non-automation rates.

LETTERSHOP

Our lettershop services include addressing your mail piece or laser personalizing your letter to delivering your mail to the post office and everything in between.

We have laser printers, ink jet printers, inserters, folders, stamp affixers, meter, labelers and a thermal printer.

If your direct mail campaign consists of a postcard or self-mailer, we can ink jet address your mail piece and sort according to postal regulations. Perhaps you need to affix a wafer seal to your mailer; we can do that too.

On the other hand, you may have a personalized letter you would like to mail. We can laser personalize your letter as well as laser or ink jet address your envelope. We can digitize your signature or scan your logo. We will take that letter match it with the outer envelope and any additional inserts you may have and insert, seal, stamp or meter.

Fulfillment encompasses a vast range of possibilities. We can hand pick and pack just about anything. Perhaps you have a box you would like us to fill, a kit to assemble, credit cards you would like us to spot glue. Maybe you have rebate checks you would like us to process or credit card orders you would like us to settle. You name it, we can do it!
